Blaze Pizza, the first keto pizza place that makes preprepared pizzas that are actually ketogenic!
In the ketogenic world, pizza is a tough food to come by. Although, you could make your own from scratch, this takes time and a bit of preparation. Usually, when you want a pizza it's now. That's why it's one of the biggest fast food options out there. The other way you could do a ketogenic pizza, is by buying a preprepared crust. Which usually the preprepared keto crusts sold in store still has a bunch of additives such as corn fiber, yeast and a bunch of different cows milk and cheese. Technically, this is keto, but for me personally, ingredients matter and these are not something I personally choose to eat.
Luckily, at Blaze pizza, their keto crust consists of cauliflower, mozzarella, brown rice, flaxseed, whey & casein protein and eggs. Again, I personally don't like the additive brown rice but in the small amounts added it is still considered ketogenic.
I still tend to like to make my own pizza but on the occasion that I am out and about, hungry and feeling the urge for pizza without having to take time to make it from scratch, Blaze pizza would definitely be my go to.
On a side note, my partner was incredibly happy when he got his box of pizza. He lit up like a kid in a candy store telling me how good it felt to just hold a pizza box again. That alone is enough reason for me to want to go back!
Great service, happy employees, salami and pepperoni without nitrates, real pizza oven. Quick and affordable, how could you not?
