Las Vegas is a hub that my partner and I usually use to go back and forth to Canada and Germany. This is because it is pretty central for us and is quiet affordable. It's also great to jump over for a visit to California to see my sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew.
Vegas can be a partiers dream spot, although it can be pretty expensive if you don't watch where you're going and what you're doing. It is nice to see some of the more expensive hotels such as the MGM, Aria, Ceasers Palace and so on but that could really take its toll on your wallet.
This is how we came across our personal favourite hotel, the hidden gem, called the Tuscany suites. Located about a block or two off the strip, we enjoy staying here because of its spacious rooms, fridge, gym, pools and great bang for your buck. As an added bonus, Marylin's Cafe is located inside the Tuscany casino. Another thing that eats away at your cash while staying in Vegas is eating out. Luckily, Marylin's Cafe is super affordable and tasty. Great keto options are avaliable day and night in this 24 hour restaurant. It's no wonder all the locals make a point on eating here.
Don't forget to watch out for their fantasic daily specials as well!
We ate here on Wednesday and enjoyed their daily special of Surf & Turf:
New york steak, lobster tail and vegtables cauliflower and broccoli. They give you lots of butter on the side and lemon wedges. All for $14.99, what an amazing deal!
